Good features, some learning curve
I got the Keap Ultimate plan last month, mainly for the Marketing Automation and Automated Follow-up. The sign-up process was smooth enough, account activated in a few hours. Delivery, well, it's software so instant access. The Campaign Builder is powerful but took a bit of time to figure out properly. Their Keap Academy helped, though. Customer support responded quickly when I had a question about integrating with a third-party tool. Overall, it's quite robust for the price, especially with the annual discount I got.
Reliable for my business
I've been a Keap user for almost 2 years now, this time I upgraded to Keap Pro. My previous plan, Keap Lite, was also very good. The Sales Pipeline feature is much better in Pro and helps a lot.
